BLANK CITY tells the long-overdue tale of a disparate crew of renegade filmmakers who emerged from an economically bankrupt and dangerous moment in New York history. In the late 1970′s and mid 80′s, when the city was still a wasteland of cheap rent and cheap drugs, these directors crafted daring works that would go on to profoundly influence the development of independent film as we know it today.

Really amazing, interesting and captivating video for “Matta – Release The Freq”, from the album “Prototype”. Realised by Kim Holm – Check out his: Vimeo and Website
After watching it I was a bit confused by the concept but here is what I found from the creator in the video comments:
“it’s a fascination of the deer and their majestic appearance in combination with different human views on nature in a slightly humoristic way. The concept might be too weakly communicated to be fully explainable, but it was intended to work more like a tease or humoristic comment. The “stats” are simply individual info on each animal, based on imaginative hunting data.”
